3. Arrange the schedule of your representative for the FREE SITE TRIPPING.
4. After or during the tripping, your representative will make the recommendation.
5. Upon your approval, we will assist your representative in making the reservation (P10k and below for the townhouses and P20k above for the single-attached houses). - this is for you to be able to be protected against any future price increase
6. Choose the financing. - Bank Financing or InHouse Financing
7. Provide the required documents within 60 days.
8. Make the payment for the 1st downpayment on the 30th day after the reservation date.

3. Choose your FINAL house model of interest among the models available.
4. Decide the financing - Bank Financing or InHouse Financing
5. Make the reservation (P10k and below for the townhouses and P20k above for the single-attached houses).
6. Provide the documents required within 60 days.
7. Make the payment for the 1st downpayment on the 30th day after the reservation date.
